Alba Dalmau

Alba Dalmau i Viure (Cardedeu, 1987) is a Catalan writer. She studied Audiovisual Communication and a master's degree in literary creation at Pompeu Fabra University.
In 2019 she published El camí dels esbarzers, a collection of 25 choral stories where she recreates the conservative and decadent atmosphere of the imaginary American town of Sandville, in which the universality of themes such as unconditional love, the pain of loss, the fear of difference, family tensions, racism or homophobia is manifested in an environment of air charged with a certain smell of closure.
